Job Summary
Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced financial sales professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will conduct client meetings and uphold Golden Reserve’s processes and standards.
About the Role
We understand the challenges many advisors face when they don’t have a book of business or access to an established network. Golden Reserve addresses these challenges by sourcing leads for advisors and providing comprehensive retirement plans including legal and tax services at no additional cost.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and build retirement plans
- Uphold Golden Reserve's processes and standards
- Utilize pre-qualified leads provided by Golden Reserve's nationwide marketing efforts
- Participate in partnerships with estate planning law firms and CPA firms
Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of new-client financial services sales experience
- Active State Life & Health Insurance Licenses
- Series 65 or equivalent license
- Blue-collar mindset with accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Passion for helping retirees and changing the financial industry

- Gross salary of $150,000 - $200,000 base salary, with a guaranteed $25,000 salary increase after the first year
