Job Summary
This person will be responsible for supporting the Retirement Plan Services department. The majority of their role will involve processing forms and performing basic transactions, such as handling roll overs, internal transfers, and death certificates.
Responsibilities
- Processes forms and performs basic transactions, such as handling roll overs, internal transfers, and death certificates
- Accurately diagnoses issues and provides client driven solutions that also meet IRS regulatory requirements
- Interprets rules and regulations by applying retirement plan knowledge
- Conducts audits of account activity to ensure transactions meet regulatory compliance
- Reviews client requests for corrections to determine proper course of action and provide guidance to branch personnel on resolution
- Maintains knowledge of retirement plan rules and regulations by utilizing internal and external resources, as well as continuous training
- Communicates, researches and resolves issues with other internal departments
- Reviews daily reports of individual productivity to evaluate personal performance
Requirements
- Must score at least 5500 KPH with at least 85% accuracy on above assessment (takes 1 min)
- 2+ years of RECENT experience within financial services—ideally retirement planning industry OR someone who has a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and some professional work experience is preferred
- Experience with a CRM, preferred
- Call center experience/phone experience, preferred
- + strong professional demeanor (verbal/written)
- MS Office Suite
- Minimum HS diploma, BS preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
