Retirement Plan Advisor
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (vision + role description). Responsibilities: "What You Will Do". Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What You Will Bring" and "What Will Set You Apart". Benefits: "What We Offer You". Pay: salary range. Schedule: not mentioned (flexible work environment? maybe mention flexible work environment but not explicit schedule). Could include Schedule if there is info about flexible work environment, fluid career paths, remote/hybrid? There's mention of flexible work environment, fluid career paths, internal mobility, purpose, well-being, work-life balance. Also mention "Business-casual environment that includes the option to wear jeans". Not exactly schedule. There's also mention of remote/hybrid requirement later but that's legal boilerplate? Might be considered schedule? Probably not enough to create Schedule section. So we omit Schedule.
We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. We have Pay (salary range) and Benefits (What We Offer You). So include those.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
- . For requirements/qualifications/skills we can also use lists. For benefits list also.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points from "What You Will Do", "What You Will Bring", "What Will Set You Apart", "What We Offer You". Also keep the vision paragraph and role description.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Retirement Plan Advisor.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; there is #PJ-RPA maybe considered a tag; we should drop it.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove the EEO paragraph, drug-free workplace, equal opportunity employer, etc. Also remove the remote/hybrid connectivity requirement? That might be considered legal? It's about work environment; maybe keep as part of benefits? It's more a requirement. Could be under "What You Will Bring" as a bullet? But it's after the EEO block. It says: "***For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. You must have reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL internet. Other necessary computer equipment, will be provided. You may be required to work in the office if you do not have an adequate home work environment and the required internet connection.***" This is a requirement; could be considered part of qualifications. Might keep. However it's marked with *** and seems like a note. Might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly EEO. I'd keep it as a requirement.
