About the role
We are seeking a full-time Retirement Customer CARE Specialist to join our Third-Party Administration team in Worthington, OH. The ideal candidate will be positive, high-energy, client-focused, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with understanding and navigating retirement plan offerings
- Review and track distribution requests
- Respond to a wide range of inquiries
Requirements
- Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, calm, and professional attitude under all circumstances
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, externally as well as internally
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document and maintain records of client interactions and transactions
- Prior experience in service-related industry a plus
Compensation
- $18-20/hour depending on experience
