About the role
Work with Non-Qualified plans and Executive Leadership for compensation plans. Experience with Retirement Plan interpretation and administration. Serves as a liaison between beneficiaries and participants and the plan administrator, handling or facilitating requests for contribution adjustments, refunds, and other administrative changes. Researches and assists in the administration of employee benefits. Collaborates with external vendors in order to administer and manage programs for highly-compensated employees. Strong defined contribution plan and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plans.
Responsibilities
- Work with Non-Qualified plans and Executive Leadership for compensation plans.
- Experience with Retirement Plan interpretation and administration.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
- Non-Qualified Deferred compensation plans are required.
- Retirement Plan interpretation and administration.
Skills
- Communication experience with Executive-level associates.

$72,283.20 - $100,759.30 per year
