Role Overview: A BC/BE Retina Specialist is sought to join a growing ophthalmology department, focusing on clinical care, surgical procedures, and academic mentorship. Qualifications & Skills Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology with a specialization in retina.Strong surgical skills preferred; medical retina interest considered.Experience in teaching, mentorship, and collaborative clinical environments.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
