Retention Sample Inventory analyst

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain accurate records of retention samples for testing and validation
  • Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliation of retention samples
  • Generate and analyze reports on material consumption and inventory impact
  • Monitor and clean COGI backlog; take corrective actions to keep it under control
  • Ensure data accuracy in SAP related to inventory movements and sample tracking
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and traceability of samples
  • Support audits and compliance activities related to inventory and sample management
  • Identify discrepancies and provide root cause analysis with corrective actions
  • Maintain organized documentation aligned with batch records and inventory control practices

Requirements

  • Language: Spanish (Preferred), English (Basic/Optional)
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SAP (inventory management, COGI, material movements), Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic analysis, reporting)
  • Functional Knowledge: Manufacturing processes, Batch records, Inventory control principles
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, Ability to communicate across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control roles preferred, Exposure to regulated environments (medical, pharma, or similar) is a plus
