About the role
The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The primary focus is on their assigned store zone.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
- Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
- Aid with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
- Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- A positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work in a safe manner.
