Job Summary

Essential Functions
- Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers.
- Consistently meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance.
- Counsels and trains new employees in on-the-job and specialized technical skills.
- Completes evaluations and supports the Retail Training Manager on special projects and tasks.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
- A minimum of two (2) years teller and CSR experience.
- Prior training experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.
Physical Demands/Conditions
- General office environment.
- Stands or sits for an extended period (up to 7.5 hours per day).
- Frequent use of computer.
Other Responsibilities
- Assumes additional responsibilities, as requested.
Qualifications
