Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Consistently provides superior professional service to internal and external customers.
• Consistently meets expectations of teamwork, punctuality, and regular, reliable attendance.
• Counsels and trains new employees in on-the-job and specialized technical skills.
• Completes evaluations and supports the Retail Training Manager on special projects and tasks.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Education, Experience, and Skills Required

• A minimum of two (2) years teller and CSR experience.
• Prior training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of current technology and ability to adapt to changing technology.

Physical Demands/Conditions

• General office environment.
• Stands or sits for an extended period (up to 7.5 hours per day).
• Frequent use of computer.

• Assumes additional responsibilities, as requested.

Qualifications
