About the role

Family Fare is seeking talented individuals to join their team as a Retail Store Associate. This position is available at 1283 Roughrider Blvd., Dickinson, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Operate cash registers and assist with point-of-sale transactions
• Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise in the produce, deli, meat, barista, and pharmacy areas
• Perform daily health screenings and adhere to cleaning protocols
• Earn paid vacation and discounts on products and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems
