Retail Team Member

About the role

This entry-level role provides flexible customer-facing and operational support in a fast-paced store environment. ON-SITE ROLE ACTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and answer routine questions
• Maintain merchandise and displays
• Support checkout, fulfillment, or stock functions as assigned
• Work with teammates to keep the store organized

Requirements

A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures.

Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
