Retail Team Member - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest as they walk in the door and build lasting relationships with them.
• Treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day.
• Ensure high-quality food service and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
• Resolve issues with guests and find new ways to improve service.
• Perform multiple tasks efficiently, such as running a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms, and marketing promotions.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory and follow recipe integrity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Clear communication skills.
• Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable, reliable, punctual, and team-first attitude.
• Coachable and able to stand on feet for the entire shift.
• Able to perform basic math functions.

Qualifications

• Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Desire for personal and professional advancement.
• Flexible with shift schedules, including weekends.
