Impact

• As a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder), you will have the opportunity to increase responsibility and grow into leadership roles.
• You will assist in opening and closing the Store, completing daily operations, managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and helping to build and train the team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts.
• Schedule availability for flexible, full-time work including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to respond to alarm calls during non-working hours and work at other stores in the local area.
• Aged 18 or older.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height.
• Ability to operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts.
