Retail Support Associate - Las Vegas, Crystals

Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed
• Maintains the flow of all shipments and promptly addresses discrepancies
• Affirms appropriate shipping methods and prepares relevant paperwork
• Ensures all stock areas are neat, clean, and orderly according to company standards
• Completes basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
• Performs box counts and validates against bills of lading, reporting discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately
• Assists with product placement and stock recovery on the selling floor
• Ensures cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies as per store readiness
• Accurately tracks and places all paid goods
• Performs deliveries as requested
• Supports client advisors on the sales floor as needed
• Utilizes the R-client tool to communicate with clients about repairs or to suggest new products
• Handles any new projects as required by management or business needs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented and task-focused
• Professional and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of lifting large boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
