Retail Supervisor, Full Time - Hagerstown Premium

About the Role

You will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned, acting as a role model to employees, and driving selling behaviors and task execution in specific areas of expertise. Through collaboration with leadership, you will teach and model behaviors that deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about Gap’s loyalty programs.
• Become an expert of the brand’s selling behaviors and role‑model these behaviors with every customer.
• Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Complete work before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Pay

Hourly range: $15.10 – $18.50. Employee pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. Minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) will be met based on city, county, and state requirements.
