Establish and maintains deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals
Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results
Informs clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience and increase engagement
Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition
Possess broad range of product knowledge across all categories of the brand, takes initiative to stay informed to maximize selling potential
Demonstrate the ability to address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories
Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer
Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations
Supports the operational functions within the store, including: opening/ closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting
Maintains merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Stylist

Strong customer service and communication (verbal and writing) skills
Proficiency in utilizing available technology
Must be flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holiday schedules

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Climb stairs/ladders, and occasionally bend or kneel to access merchandise
Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment
Constant communication and visual focus required
Occasionally lift, carry, or move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 lbs.

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 hourly. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
