Responsibilities

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Uncommon James products, including new arrivals and bestsellers, to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
• Offer personalized styling sessions, helping customers put together looks that enhance their personal style and meet their specific needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by actively engaging customers, upselling, and cross-selling products.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed according to brand standards.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Represent Uncommon James brand values and aesthetics, maintaining a professional and fashionable appearance.

Qualifications
