About the role

As a part-time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day by providing WOW service to every guest and making a difference in their day. You are the face of our organization, representing the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focused: Build and maintain relationships using the WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest (training provided).
• Drive Results: Set goals to grow guest connections, brand footprint, and store performance.
• Build Networks: Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community.
• Instill Trust: Adhere to Kendra Scott policies and procedures, always doing the right thing.
• Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert product suggestions.
• Nimble: Thrive in a dynamic environment, flexing between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Take Action: Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate: Support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for interacting with people and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability during peak guest shopping hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Alignment with Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars: Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• Interest in fashion and staying current with trends.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
