About the role

As a part-time Stylist, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. You are the face of our organization and represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focused: Build and maintain relationships using the WOW Service Principles to connect with every guest and make a difference in their day. (Training provided.)
• Drive Results: Set goals and work hard to achieve them, growing guest connections to expand our brand footprint and store performance.
• Build Networks: Share Kendra Scott’s brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and the community, promoting our impact.
• Instill Trust: Do the right thing by adhering to Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Communicate Effectively: Educate guests on product details and personal style, making expert suggestions to fit their needs.
• Nimble: Thrive in any setting, flexing between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Take Action: Prioritize making a difference in guests’ days by proactively resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate: Support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and are full of energy.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• You have a passion for Kendra Scott’s Core Pillars: Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy.
• You love fashion and keeping up with trends.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
