Retail Store Merchandiser

About the role

Harrington Bottling Company (HC) is hiring a Retail Store Evening Merchandiser for its team in Butte, Montana. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works independently, and interacts with customers while supporting well-known beverage brands.

Responsibilities

• Service an established route and ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed in retail locations.
• Stock shelves, coolers, racks, and displays.
• Maintain back stock.
• Build effective product displays to support sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate opportunities for increased sales to the sales team.
• May include local and occasional out-of-town travel depending on customer needs.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and moving products using carts or hand trucks throughout the workday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
