Retail Store Manager, Fabletics (Ridgedale Center - Minnetonka, MN)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store at Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, MN. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of sales and operations, creating a world-class retail environment with cutting-edge technology to ensure a seamless shopping experience between our website and retail stores. You will collaborate with store leaders to recruit, hire, and train a team of enthusiastic associates dedicated to helping customers live their passion. This role reports to the Regional Director and involves leading a team of 10 to 12 associates and leaders, driving ambitious targets, and advancing the business.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values through self-accountability, acting as a model for all team members.
• Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Direct daily activities of store supervisors and associates to align with company and store goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Fulfillment) to address needs and requests.
• Ensure operational efficiency by managing payroll, inventory, and paperwork.
• Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Provide and gather feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a manager within a retail environment.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Experience working with large teams and setting personal and professional goals.
• Analytical and quantitative skills, with comfort building advanced spreadsheet models.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory/POS systems.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
