Responsibilities
- Drive store success through smart execution and operational excellence.
- Full responsibility for store performance, including sales results, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy.
- Hire, talent develop, and make key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR.
- Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals.
- Create sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence.
- Analyze performance, identify trends, and implement operational improvements.
- Plan workforce, schedule strategy, and manage labor.
- Maintain independent judgment in store-level operational and employee relations decisions.
- Partner strategically with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
- A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire a team and connect with guests.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers.
- The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
Qualifications

Pay & Schedule
The salary range for this role is $74,000 - $78,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus.
Schedule
This role leads a team for at least 40 hours a week (in-store), providing the ability to spend the remainder of the week doing the things YOU love best!
