About the role
As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, empower your team, and drive operational excellence in a T-Mobile retail store. You will be responsible for all store operations, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, asset prevention, and team leadership, while serving as the primary point of contact for store employees.
Responsibilities
- Complete observations of store employees’ interactions with customers, provide feedback, and ensure assigned team trainings are completed on time.
- Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact the customer experience within the T-Mobile brand.
- Own store success by managing staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
- Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store environment at all times.
- Hire employees who are passionate about building long-lasting customer relationships and the T-Mobile brand.
- Support your team through development, training, and mentoring to drive success and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, staying up to date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices.
- Foster an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
- Drive overall store productivity and deliver financial results based on key performance indicators.
- Manage and control store expenses while minimizing risk and protecting store assets.
- Create personalized performance management plans, celebrate achievements, and ensure employees meet monthly success metrics.
- Meet or exceed store sales goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales (Required).
- 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience (Required).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.

Pay
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $73,600 - $132,700, inclusive of target incentives.
Base Pay Range: $55,200 - $99,525. Actual starting pay will vary based on work location, qualifications, and experience.
Employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
