Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing store team that exceeds customer expectations through recruitment, training, and ongoing feedback.
• Establish and communicate a clear vision, champion company goals, and create measurable strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor store and team performance, analyze sales trends, and initiate creative solutions to business challenges.
• Lead with passion, fostering teamwork, motivation, and a positive working culture.
• Inspire and influence team members by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing outstanding performance.
• Act with integrity, building trust through consistent actions and commitments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends as required by availability guidelines
• 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout scheduled shifts
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration sponsorship offered)

Pay

Salary range: $25.90 – $28.80 per hour.
