• Management experience in a retail or hospitality service environment.
• Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, POS systems, and handheld/laptop devices).
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Physical ability to walk the sales floor for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Profitability: Lead the store to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional financial performance.
• Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service and a premium brand experience.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
• Business Planning and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, implement strategies for growth, and communicate results to leadership.
