Job Summary
This position supports the management team in achieving company and store goals by leading a team of Sales Associates to enhance sales and customer experience.Essential Duties
- Develops strong customer relationships and identifies opportunities for increased purchases.
- Maintains brand standards and ensures efficient execution of daily tasks.
- Ensures effective merchandising and presentation of products.
- Assists management in training new employees and enforcing policies.
Job Duties
- Trains team members on store and company procedures.
- Mentors team members and explains the "why" behind tasks and processes.
- Maintains store key performance indicators and drives sales, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Supports the store's vision and organizational goals by setting a positive example.
- Addresses customer service issues and escalates complex problems to management.
- Fosters an inclusive environment that respects all team members and customers.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to policies related to inventory, safety, and loss prevention.
- Supports the team across the store during peak hours.
- Performs other tasks as directed by management.

Education & Experience
- Minimum two years in a specialty retail or customer service role.
- Minimum one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Exposure to weather conditions such as heat and humidity.
- Frequent lifting up to 15 pounds and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Regular standing, walking, handling products, twisting, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
