Our mission is to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. We source gently-used, one-of-a-kind items donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations, purchase these items from our partners, and redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills. This provides our nonprofit partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services. About the Role
As a Retail Store Associate at Savers / Value Village, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a purpose-driven company with a business model that positively impacts the planet and local communities. Training & Development
Comprehensive onboarding and training are provided from day one. Our in-house training department, Savers University, develops and delivers robust training programs for all team members, from new hires to senior executives. Approximately 90% of our training is developed internally, supplemented by partnerships with renowned providers.
