Retail Store Associate - Fabletics (Tanger Outlets Phoenix - Glendale, AZ)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale, AZ and is looking for driven Part-Time Store Associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll empower customers to connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using innovative technology, collaborate with an energetic team, and help drive the business to new heights.

About the role

This position reports to the Store Manager and involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience within a retail environment (preferred).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
