About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
  • Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Process donations and sales transactions accurately
  • Support team members with training and mentoring
  • Maintain cleanliness and order within the store

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
