Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking products.
• Handle cash transactions and manage customer returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively with donors to ensure they understand the donation process and its impact.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support the store's efforts to engage with the local community through various initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
