The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial part in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. You'll be responsible for managing the store's inventory, interacting with customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.40 per hour, depending on job duties and position.

Schedule

Hours vary based on store location and operational needs, typically ranging from 6 to 12 hours per day, Monday through Saturday.
