About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory by sorting, pricing, and stocking products in the store.
• Handle donations by accepting and processing items from customers and donors.
• Support team members by assisting with tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Participate in store events and promotions to increase customer engagement and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Previous experience with inventory management and cash handling is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay

Schedule
