About the role

The Retail Store Associate creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
  • Handle donations from the community, ensuring items are accepted and processed according to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retail setting preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
