About the role
The Retail Store Associate creates an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
- Handle donations from the community, ensuring items are accepted and processed according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Savers University.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

- Experience in a retail setting preferred.
