About the role

The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial part in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. You'll be responsible for managing the retail operations within our stores, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and contributing to the success of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding items they like and answer questions about products and store policies.
• Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Organize merchandise, set up displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Engage with customers, promote our brand values, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in store events and promotions to increase sales and build community engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.40 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
