Summary & Positions
At Savers / Value Village our Retail Store Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members.
We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Retail Store Associates.

Responsibilities
- Create an awesome shopping experience for customers
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively
- Engage with customers, donors, and other team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist with donations and returns
- Participate in store operations and team meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
