About the role
The Retail Store Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. You'll be part of a diverse team that supports local nonprofit organizations by donating gently-used items to our stores.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding items they need and provide exceptional service
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy
- Participate in store events and promotions
- Support the store's efforts to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
