About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their shopping experience is memorable.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges according to policy.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to support store operations.
• Support the donation process for customers and donors.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for part-time positions).

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.15 to $22.60 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
