About the role

The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and help them find items they need.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and items are properly displayed.
• Handle donations from the public, sorting and accepting items according to quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support the store's efforts in promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $27.67 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
