About the role
The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, including sorting, pricing, and stocking products.
- Handle donations from the community, ensuring they are accepted and processed according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
