About the role
The Retail Store Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors.
- Assist customers with finding items they need and answer any questions they may have.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and follow store policies and procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
