Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with donors to encourage donations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and support each other's roles.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not required.
