Retail Store Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch performance against KPI goals and work proactively to improve results.
• Processing counter sales and checking out customers.
• Picking, packing, and shipping warehouse orders.
• Answering customer phone calls in a timely manner.
• Restocking, pricing, cleaning, and maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience with using a computer for daily tasks.
• Have extensive verbal communication required for customer and associate relations.
• Able to work closely with all levels inside the retail location.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
