Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to branch performance against KPI goals and work proactively to improve results.
- Processing counter sales and checking out customers
- Picking, packing, and shipping warehouse orders
- Answering customer phone calls in a timely manner
- Restocking, pricing, cleaning, and maintaining visual standards
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Experience with using a computer for daily tasks
- Have extensive verbal communication required for customer and associate relations
- Able to work closely with all levels inside the retail location
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
