Retail Stocking Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing the stock levels and ensuring efficient product movement within the store. Oversee daily operations to maintain a high level of customer service and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering products, and maintaining stock rotation schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
