Retail Stocking Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing the stock levels and ensuring efficient product movement within the store. Supervises team members to maintain high standards of customer service and product accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Ensure all products are displayed and priced correctly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
