Retail Stocking Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for managing the stock levels and ensuring all products are accurately displayed and accessible to customers. This includes restocking shelves, maintaining product organization, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves daily to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain product organization and ensure all items are properly labeled and displayed.
• Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and issues.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
