Retail Stocking Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
• Lead, coach, and develop others.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject‑matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.50 – $29.15, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.
