Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $25.50 – $28.05 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

Schedule

Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 am – 10 pm. The store is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
