About the Role
The Operations Associate (Retail Stocking Associate) assists the Product Lifecycle Manager with daily material handling in a retail branch location. This role achieves operational goals through effective receiving, stocking, and presentation strategies that align with sales, merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory teams.

Responsibilities
- Execute efficient receiving and put-away of incoming stock using pallet jacks, carts, and/or powered equipment
- Ensure a high level of organization and neatness while completing daily restocking tasks
- Communicate effectively with Merchandising and Inventory teams to stock products in correct merchandising locations
- Address operational issues with the Product Lifecycle Manager
- Rotate stock (FIFO) and pull damaged and expired products as needed
- Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the store
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day
- Requires effective communication using speech, vision, and hearing
- Requires regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
- Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail, warehouses, restaurants, grocery, or other related hospitality fields
- Prior forklift certification a plus
- No degree required; relevant skills and experience valued
