Retail Stock Lead (Boston)

About the role

Princess Polly is a global fashion brand at the forefront of trend-driven, lower-impact, and accessible apparel. As part of our retail stores team, you’ll help create world-class in-store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships. We’re looking for a Retail Stock Lead to coach and guide a passionate, skilled, and innovative team that is obsessed with making an outstanding impression on every person who walks through the door.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences and brand representation.
• Manage stock processes, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing inventory.
• Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$17–$21 per hour.
